GRADUATE ECONOMIST
For more than fifteen years I have been successfully conducting IT and communication projects on behalf of large well-known corporations like BMW, MAN Trucks and Uni Credit. From 2015 I have been assisting companies as a freelance consultant on a project basis.
As project manager I take the whole system into regard, enhance the flow of communication and establish structures – as much as needed, no more than necessary. In facilitation I build bridges between people and thus promote the constructive exchange of views as well as achieving a common aim. As Coach I build on sound education: over many years in systemic constellation work with Graduate Psychologist Hanna Gaugler and with five years in body oriented process facilitation, Psychoenergetics with Irene Tobler and Michael Mervosh.
Through dialogue one to one or in groups I use approaches that encourage motivation, creativity and thereby innovation. Through a systemic way of thinking I act solution and resource oriented. My strengths as a lateral thinker encourage interdisciplinary exchange, as much as my enthusiasm for different cultures and languages promotes intercultural exchange. Important to me are presence, dialogue and the maturity of my clients – they lead towards a change in perspective.
With my combination of expertise in business and psychological elements, I shape professional environments with heart, head, humour and in consequence successful.
